We’re looking for a full-time Recruiter to join us and take full ownership of the hiring process at ACM. You’ll be responsible for recruiting mid- and senior-level talent in investment, operations, and tech, and proactively grow a pipeline of top-tier talent for future hiring needs. This role is not about coordination — it’s about building a structured, predictable, and transparent hiring system that works without constant supervision. You will work closely with hiring managers, ensuring speed, clarity, and consistency at every stage of the hiring funnel.

What Will You Do
- Fully manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all open roles at ACM, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
- Take full ownership of hiring pipelines, ensuring a high level of structure, visibility, and momentum across all roles
- Proactively review and engage incoming candidates, maintaining a fast and consistent response flow
- Drive interview processes forward with speed and precision, ensuring seamless coordination between candidates and hiring managers
- Own and continuously maintain the ATS as a single source of truth, keeping all data accurate, up-to-date, and actionable
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, providing clear visibility into pipeline status, challenges, and next steps
- Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and proactively implement improvements to increase efficiency and predictability
- Deliver thoughtful, structured insights on candidates, going beyond CVs to support high-quality hiring decisions
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all stages, from first interaction to onboarding
- Maintain a high standard of communication and follow-through, ensuring that every process moves forward with clarity and purpose
What We Are Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in fastpaced or high-growth environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Russian, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of successfully closing mid-to-senior level positions, ideally in finance, investment, or tech-related fields
